SmartCom 2018 is organized by IEICE Technical Committee on Smart Radio (SR) and IEICE Technical Committee on Radio Communication Systems (RCS), and jointly hosted by Asian Institute of Technology (AIT).

Paper Submission to Poster/Exhibition session by authors of JAPANESE Organization

If you are the author of NON-JAPANESE organization for the Poster/Exhibition session, please click here.
If you are the author of Japanese organization for the Poster/Exhibition session, please follow the following instructions for paper registration and submission.

All regular papers will be presented in Poster/Exhibition session.
Available equipment in Exhibition sessions is strictly limited due to the limitation of power supply.

Paper submission process consists of two steps:

　通常通りの事前参加費支払や年間登録に加えて，SmartCom Registration Fee:JPY 20,000 (THB 6,000)が必要となります．

[STEP-1] Registration of paper submission (Initial Submission)

Registration of paper submission deadline: Aug. 31st, 2018 (Extended).

[STEP-2] Camera-ready paper submission

Camera-ready paper submission deadline: Oct. 9th, 2018.

The author will submit your paper via web-site. Your personal URL is transmitted from IEICE or committee by e-mail. Please check your e-mail box.
- Full paper (within 8 pages) or abstract plus poster (total 2 pages)*.
- We recommend to use format of IEICE Technical Report for both paper styles.
- If you choose abstract plus poster, the front page of IEICE format is used for abstract page. The page size shall be A4.
- For both styles, Prefix should be added to your paper title in accordance with the following rule; Poster Presentation => [Poster Presentation] and Technology Exhibition => [Technology Exhibit]
- Manuscripts shall be written in English.

An example for Abstract page

Paper page size is A4. The following figure shows the contents included in abstract page.

Example:

if a title is "A study on Cognitive Radio Networks" and you are author of poster session. When you submitted the proceeding for technology exhibit, your Prefix is [Technology Exhibit].

Please refer to the character sizes shown in the figure below.

Finally, please put poster (A4 size) on the second page.

*When you choose "full paper (within 8 pages)", please refer to the paper format for Technical Report through the web page of IEICE.
